Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can also switch between monthly and yearly plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation we kindly request a notice of one week ( 7 days). During this time the offboarding process will start. If a refund is applicable at the end of the one week ( 7 days) period, it will be addressed and discussed as part of the offboarding process.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly or yearly basis.
How will we collaborate virtually?
We will utilize a combination of email and advanced project management systems for efficient communication and task coordination. This will be tailored at clients request. However, through these platforms you will be provided real time updates.
